    At Zarast we believe in doing things differently. Our beans are sourced from high-altitude regions of Bolivia, where they endure
    tough conditions, growing slowly to develop rich, complex flavors. No machinery or tricks—just real, authentic coffee.


    While most producers rely on trade houses with zero quality control, we have the process locked down. Our beans are handpicked,
    fermented for 18 hours, and roasted by our master roaster, Nick, who ensures every batch is top-notch.
